How do i know the product size

Please refer to the dimensions of the bags provided on the product page 

Is the material of the bag is genuine leather?

No. All our bags are made of high quality PU vegan leather with Knitted fabric

2. MY ORDER

Can i cancel my order?

If your order has been placed within the last hour, you can send an e-mail to contact@solmero.com or contact our online customer service.

We will cancel your order and proceed to your refund (which will appear on your bank account after a couple of days).

3. TRACKING & DELIVERY

How can i track my order?

We will send you an email notification as soon as your item ships with a tracking number so you can follow your order anytime.  

Please click the tracking number provided to be redirected to the tracking service site

Tracking number is not clickable/showing updated status

It can take up to 5 days for the tracking number to show first status. Once it fires its status you can follow it by clicking on the number anytime.

Are shipping fees covered by the brand?

Currently Standard shipping is free; express shipping incurs a fee (depending on the customer's country). 

Do i have to pay custom fees?

No additional fees will be paid by the customer

4. RETURNS

Do you offer free returns?

The customer will pay the shipping payment for returning the item back to us. Once we have the product , customer will receive full refund for the product.
